ProShine LLC ("we") collects the information you give us to request and receive our services: your name, company, email, phone number, service address, and details about the work requested. We use it to schedule and perform services, send service reports and invoices, communicate with you about your jobs, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example payment processing, email delivery, and text messaging) and only for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used only to send work notifications and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you have opted in to text messages: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. This applies to both customers and ProShine LLC employees who opt in to work-related text notifications. We keep information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
