ProShine Property Services started in April 2024 with one building. A construction and move-out cleaning vendor at Aspire Flamingo Grand Apartments was going out of business, and we stepped in to take over the second building. Before the property was even finished, the owner asked us to take on clubhouse cleaning across its entire portfolio and move-out cleaning at six more communities. We went from three people to ten in six months.
Painting came next, then carpet, floors, repairs and, most recently, multifamily window cleaning. Today ProShine is a 40+ person team serving property management companies across the Las Vegas Valley, with field operations split into three territories, each run by its own supervisor.
Our aim is to be the one vendor a property manager needs for every turn: cleaning, paint, carpet, floors, windows and repairs, all tracked in one place with before-and-after photos and a service report for every visit.
Luisa runs day-to-day operations and client relationships. She brings more than eight years as a high-producing Las Vegas real estate agent, with 140+ closed transactions, plus years in human resources at MGM Grand and Aramark. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Victor leads finance and strategy. He has 20+ years in Las Vegas multifamily construction, development and finance, including eight years as a construction superintendent and his current role leading estimating and contracting for a multifamily developer. UNLV degrees in finance and accounting; OSHA 30 certified. He designed ProShine Ops, the company's operating platform.
