ProShine LLC uses text messaging to communicate with existing customers about service requests, appointments, and job status. You consent to receive conversational text messages from ProShine LLC by texting our business number, or by asking our office by phone to communicate by text; your consent is recorded in our customer record. Message frequency varies by your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact us at accounting@proshinellc.com or (725) 425-5711. Employees. ProShine LLC also sends work-related text messages to its own employees who have opted in: an invitation link with a verification code to access the company's internal work app (ProShine Ops), and notifications about assigned jobs (new job, job moved, quality follow-up). Employees give consent during hiring and onboarding, either verbally when a supervisor or office staff member reads the consent script aloud in English or Spanish and the employee answers yes (recorded with date and time), or by texting START to (725) 425-5711. Message frequency varies, about 1-10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Employee mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties.
